Walking into the Inspired Café in Memphis, I was immediately struck by the warm atmosphere. With a mixture of rustic and modern design elements, this was a place anyone can sit down in and relax. Large wooden tables, comfortable sofas, even some toys for the kids.
I entered the cafe on a day where it was not too busy. There were so many options to choose from on the chalk board (more about that will be listed below). I decided to go with the plain pancakes and coffee. Yes, they serve pancakes and they are really good! The pancake with butter and syrup really hit the spot! It was a delightful meal and the coffee was also very good. While looking around the cafe I noticed a picture hanging on the wall. It described the Cafe when it first opened in the Binghampton area. It was a featured story in Memphis Magazine.

Cafe Cup
One of the highlights of the Inspired Café is its different drink options. Whether you're desiring a cup of coffee or a drop of tea, you'll find some great options here at the cafe. The menu is filled up with a wide array of options, including lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, teas, smoothies, and juices. I decided to go with the Americano drink this time and it was delicious.

But there are also more unique items on the menu, such as Breakfast Tacos, which are filled with scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheddar cheese and served with homemade salsa. Another popular breakfast option is the Avocado Toast, topped with fresh avocado, cherry tomatoes, feta, and balsamic glaze, providing a tasty and healthy start to your day.
Onto the lunch menu, there is a range of sandwiches, salads, and soups worth checking out. One of the most popular sandwich choices is the Cuban Sandwich, which is made with slow-roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard sauce, served on a toasted baguette. The Inspired Café also offers the Turkey Avocado BLT, a sandwich filled with turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mayo, served with a side of chips.
