Strolling under the warm sunlight of a calm afternoon, I walked towards a very large building - the Crosstown Concourse. As I entered into the building I walked closer towards the area where Farm Burger is located in the building. “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” was playing, transforming the indoor atmosphere into a calming atmosphere of relaxation.
There was no rush or bustling in line during this time of day. The menu looked inviting with a variety of options, my appetite ignited by the descriptions of different burgers and fries. Eventually, my choice fell on an old classic, the embodiment of simplicity and comfort - the Classic Farm Burger.
The server, with a friendly nod, asked how I'd prefer the beef. "Well done!" I proclaimed, with a smile. The server quickly punched in a few order details on his tablet and the receipt printed out. There were a number empty seats to choose from. One of the tables had light shining through the window so I decided to sit there.
After a while my order was ready. A generous serving of piping hot fries accompanied my beautifully cooked hamburger. The fries held a warmth that was dangerously delightful, so much so that a few managed to surprise my tongue with their scorching touch. A splash of tangy tomato ketchup brought the temperature down, and the potato fries were very nice to eat.
The burger, a humble yet hearty creation, was everything I could have hoped for. Each mouthful was a beefy blast of flavor, each ingredient combined to make a fantastic burger. They were all "grass-fed," a testament to the establishment's commitment to quality and sustainability.
The Crosstown Concourse, with its innumerable culinary options is a fantastic destination for eating out. This burger joint, tucked away in its bustling corner of the main building is a special treat. The environment isn't limited to the food; it echoes the lively banter of the cooks, who chatted away about hot dogs and other culinary delights. Each sizzling sound, each warm laughter created a welcoming environment for anyone wanting to get lunch or dinner. Check out more about Farm Burger here.
